Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mining wind speed sensors. This standard applies to wind speed sensors (hereinafter referred to as sensors) used in mining underground monitoring and control systems.
