Scope

This standard specifies the technical conditions, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of differential pressure sensors. This standard applies to semiconductor, capacitive, capsule and diaphragm differential pressure sensors used in coal mines, and also applies to differential pressure sensors used in other mines (hereinafter referred to as sensors).
