Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of intrinsically safe output DC power supplies for mining. This standard applies to mine intrinsically safe output DC power supplies (hereinafter referred to as DC power supplies).
