Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the tasks, contents, procedures, methods, results arrangement, etc. of compiling comprehensive management plans for water and soil conservation. This standard is applicable to soil and water conservation planning of different areas under the jurisdiction of the whole country, river basins, administrative regions, etc. Special plans shall be implemented by reference.
