- This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the tasks, contents, procedures, methods, results arrangement, etc. of compiling comprehensive management plans for water and soil conservation. This standard applies to large-area overall planning and small-area implementation planning. The former refers to large and medium watersheds or provincial, prefectural, and county-level plans (with an area of several thousand, tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of square kilometers), while the latter refers to small watersheds or township-level plans (with an area of tens to hundreds of square kilometers) kilometer).
