GB/T 22462-2008
Scope
This standard uses glow discharge atomic emission spectrometry to quantitatively determine the film thickness, coating mass (unit area) and element depth distribution in the nano- and sub-micron-scale films (metal coatings and oxide films) on the steel surface. This method is suitable for the determination of steel surface films with a thickness of 3nm~1000nm. The applicable elements include: iron, chromium, nickel, copper, titanium, manganese, aluminum, carbon, phosphorus, oxygen, nitrogen and silicon.
