This part applies to indoor or outdoor jet fuses in AC power systems with a nominal voltage of 3kV and above and a frequency of 50Hz. According to different transient recovery voltages (TRV), jet fuses are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C. This section only deals with the performance of fuses, and each fuse is composed of the specified combination of fuse bases, fuse-carriers and fuses that have passed the test in this section. The performance of other combinations is not included in this section.
