Scope
This standard specifies the guidelines for the selection of power transformers used in power plants and substations, self-use transformers in power plants and substations, and distribution transformers. This standard is applicable to the selection of transformers by the design department when designing power plants and substations. When ordering transformers, users can refer to this guideline to determine transformer technical parameters and contract content.
