- Scope
- This part of GB/T 22376 describes the preparation method of the adhesive body sample. The preparation method described in this section is suitable for two-component adhesives, such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylate, etc. This method is not applicable to the preparation of bulk samples of adhesives that escape from volatile solvents or release gas during curing. It is also not suitable for one-component adhesives that require the use of an initiator on one bonding surface. In addition, this method is not suitable for adhesives with very short operating times, because there is not enough time to mix, inject and close the mold.
