Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements and storage and transportation conditions of whole celery seeds (Apium graveolens Linnaeus) used as spices. This standard applies to the quality assessment and trade of celery seeds. This standard does not apply to the quality assessment and trade of agricultural celery seeds.
