Scope
This part of GB/T 12729 specifies a method for preparing laboratory samples of spices and condiments as powder samples for analysis. This section applies to the preparation of powder samples for the analysis of spices and condiments. Note: For spice varieties with high hardness, high humidity, volatile oil or high fat content, the calibration method or other suitable methods can be used to prepare samples.
