Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Pingyao beef, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labels, signs, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard is applicable to Pingyao beef approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
