Scope
This part of GB/T 7672 specifies the requirements for temperature index 180, enamelled flat copper-clad wire with impregnated glass fiber and enamelled copper flat wire with grade 2 paint film thickness impregnated with glass fiber. Enameled wire shall be based on one of the following standards and shall be determined through consultation between the supplier and the purchaser: - GB/T 7095.3 Enamelled Flat Winding Wire Part 3: Grade 155 Polyester Enamelled Copper Flat Wire; - GB/T 7095.4 Enameled Flat Winding Wire Part 4: Class 180 Polyesterimide Enamelled Copper Flat Wire; -GB/T 7095.6 Enamelled Flat Winding Wire Part 6: Class 200 Polyester or Polyesterimide/Polyamideimide Composite Enamelled Copper flat line. -IEC 60317-30 Standard for Special Winding Wires Part 30: Polyimide Enamelled Copper Flat Copper Wire Class 220. The enameled wire used should have a minimum thermal rating of 155. The temperature index of impregnated glass wire depends on the type of impregnating varnish used. The impregnating varnish which impregnates the glass filaments preferably has a temperature index of at least 180. There are four types of wrapping layer thickness: -GL1: single glass filament wrapping on bare conductor; -GL2: double glass filament wrapping on bare conductor; -Grade 2 GL1: single glass filament wrapping on enameled wire of grade 2 paint film thickness; -Grade 2 GL2: Double glass filament wrapped on a grade 2 film thickness enameled wire. The glass fiber cladding can be: a) single glass fiber wrapping; b) double glass fiber wrapping, the two layers of glass fiber wrapping are in opposite directions. The nominal size range of the conductor specified in this part is: - wide side size: minimum 2.00mm, maximum 16.00mm; - narrow side size: minimum 0.80mm, maximum 5.60mm. See GB/T 7672.1-2008 for the combination of wide side size and narrow side size and the ratio of wide side size and narrow side size.
