Scope

This part of GB/T 12343 stipulates the basic requirements, technical methods, and comprehensive requirements and technical indicators of each element of topographic maps for compiling 1:250000 topographic maps. This part is applicable to compiling 1:250000 topographic maps, and geographic base maps for compiling corresponding scale thematic maps can also be used as a reference.
