Scope: This standard specifies the photometric method for the determination of peroxide content in acrylonitrile for industrial use. This section applies to industrial acrylonitrile samples with a peroxide (calculated as hydrogen peroxide) content of 0.05mg/kg-1.0mg/kg. This section is not intended to address all security issues. It is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health measures to ensure compliance with relevant national laws and regulations.
