Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements and test methods for the boom lowering control device, which is installed on the boom lifting hydraulic cylinder and used to control the lowering speed of the boom in the event of failure or rupture of the hydraulic line. This standard applies to the boom lowering control device when the backhoe device of hydraulic excavator and backhoe loader is handling and lifting materials.
