- This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for the design, manufacture, installation and test, use and maintenance, inspection and repair of shore-to-shore container cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This standard applies to cranes that load and unload standard international containers that comply with GB/T 1413.
