- This standard specifies the general provisions for hot operations at offshore oil facilities, the classification, approval and implementation management of hot operations. This standard applies to hot operations during the production, maintenance, reconstruction, and expansion of offshore oil facilities in the internal waters, territorial waters, contiguous zones, exclusive economic zones, continental shelves of the People's Republic of China, and other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
