GB/T 21561.2-2008 Railway application.Rolling stock.Pantographs.Characteristics and tests.Part 2: Pantographs for metros and light rail vehicles (English Version)
In order to ensure that the current can be collected from the catenary system, this part specifies the performance characteristics of pantographs applied to subway and light rail vehicles. This standard also specifies the tests to be performed on pantographs (excluding insulators). This section does not apply to the dielectric test of the pantograph, which shall be carried out on the pantograph mounted on the roof of the vehicle. These regulations may also apply to trams. This part does not apply to the pantographs of main-line rolling stock, see GB/T 21561.1 for pantographs of main-line rolling stock. This section is concerned with conventional suspended catenary systems and auxiliary equipment. For rigidly suspended systems (or parts thereof), special considerations are required between the user and the supplier.
