- This standard specifies the minimum requirements and test conditions for certified air cargo units (including pallets, nets and containers) to be packed in certified aircraft. This standard applies to the following levels of aircraft stowage and restraint system UCU: a) Class I - the restraint of the URU conforms to all flight and ground load conditions, including the forward emergency landing state of 9g; b) II Level - all other container units are restricted.
