- This standard specifies the minimum requirements and test conditions for certified air cargo units (including pallets, nets and containers) to be packed in certified aircraft. This standard applies to the following levels of aircraft loading and restraint system container units: Class aI container restraints comply with all flight and ground load conditions, including 9g forward emergency landing status. b. Restriction of all other containerized units of level II.
