Scope: This standard specifies the test bench requirements for determining the fire resistance of hose assemblies with a nominal diameter not less than 100 mm in accordance with GB/T 21477. When exposed to flames, it can withstand a working pressure not greater than 10 bar. The test bench specified in this standard cannot be used for the flame spread ability test of hoses. The test medium is only allowed to be water. To ensure maximum safety for the operator and the test stand in case of hose breakage during the test, the use of flammable test media is prohibited.
