This standard specifies the limits and measurement methods for radiated emissions of electric vehicles in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 30 MHz in magnetic and electric fields, and the limits and measurement methods for conducted emissions in the frequency range of 450 kHz to 30 MHz. The conducted emission measurement in this standard is only applicable to the on-board battery charging system, the switching frequency of which should be above 9 kHz, and the energy is transmitted through metal conductors. The specification for conducted emissions applies only during the charging process of the battery through the AC power cord. This standard does not cover conducted and radiated emission measurements of battery charging systems using mains inductive coupling devices. Note: GB 14023 is used for the measurement of electromagnetic disturbances in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 1 000 MHz.
