Scope
1.1 This part of GB/T 21412 specifies subsea top wellhead devices, conventional mudline wellhead devices, drilling through mudline wellhead devices, subsea conventional Christmas trees and subsea horizontal Christmas trees, and related equipment for handling and testing. and the design and operation of tools for installing these devices. It also specifies the design, materials, welding, quality control (including factory acceptance tests), marking, storage and shipped. When applicable, this section can also be applied to equipment for satellite wells, cluster wells and multi-layer completion chassis. 1.2 The equipment included in this part is as follows: a) Subsea Christmas tree - Christmas tree connection device and tubing hanger spool; - Valve, valve block and valve driver; - Choke valve and choke valve driver; - Drain valve, test valve and isolation valve; ——TFL Y-joint; ——Reentry spool; ——Christmas tree cap; ——Christmas tree piping; ——Christmas tree guide frame; Tools; - Christmas tree cap feeding tool; - Oil flow line and (or) control umbilical connection device installed on the Christmas tree; - Control module and (or) hydraulic relay control box feeding and (or) recovery and Experimental tools; - Feeding and (or) hand-waving tools for the base of the oil flowline; - Interfaces for control devices installed on the Christmas tree (instruments, sensors, hydraulic pipes and (or) pipelines and accessories, electrical control device cables and accessories) . b) Subsea wellhead device - conduit head; - wellhead head; - casing hanger; - seal assembly; - guide base; - hole protection device and wear-resistant bushing; - anti-corrosion cap . c) Conventional mudline suspension system—wellhead device;—running tool;—casing hanger;—casing hanger running tool;—subsea completion tieback tool;—mudline wellhead Install the different-diameter connection device for underwater well completion; ——Oil pipe spool; ——Anticorrosion cap. d) Drilling through mudline suspension system - conduit head; - surface casing hanger; - wellhead head; - casing hanger; - annulus seal assembly; - hole protection device and wear-resistant lining cover; - Abandoned well capping. e) tubing hanger system - tubing hanger; - running tool. f) Other equipment — flanged end and outlet connections; — clamp hub connections; — threaded end and outlet connections; — other end connections; — studs and nuts; — gaskets - rings; - maintenance equipment; - equipment for connecting guide ropes. 1.3 The equipment not included in the scope of this part is as follows: - subsea wireline and (or) coiled tubing BOP; - workover and production riser; - control system and hydraulic transfer control box; - platform tie-back ; - main protective structure; - subsea process equipment; - subsea manifold; - subsea wellhead tools; - repair and repair; - multi-layer completion chassis structure; Standpipe; - Chassis pipeline; - Chassis interface. 1.4 The definition of equipment is stipulated in Chapter 3, and the use and function of equipment are clarified in Appendices A to F. Conditions of use and product specification levels are specified in Chapter 4. Critical parts are those parts for which requirements are specified in this standard. Repair and rework of old equipment is outside the scope of this section.
