- This requirement specifies the types, specifications, technical requirements, test methods, markings and packaging of cross-linked polyolefin insulated railway locomotives and rolling stock cables with AC rated voltage of 3kV and below. This requirement is applicable to cables for electrical devices used in power distribution systems, control systems, and signal systems for various rolling stock and urban rail vehicles with a rated voltage of 3kV and below. It is especially suitable for narrow spaces and occasions requiring low smoke, halogen-free and flame retardant.
