Scope: This standard is used in conjunction with Part 1 of this series of standards. This standard specifies the installation conditions, working conditions and measurement conditions required for the determination, expression and verification of nonwoven machinery emission noise. This standard applies to engineering method and simple method measurement. This standard applies to the following types of non-woven fabric machinery. For other non-woven fabric machinery, see similar machines in Parts 2, 6, and 7 of this series of standards. - cross-lapper; - small roll tension drafting machine; - pre-needling machine; - needle-looming machine; - stitch-bonding machine (for nonwovens); glue machine.
