Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspections of bearing rings made of forged or forged annealed and quenched and tempered bearing rings made of 45 steel in compliance with GB/T 699-1999 or high-quality carbon structural steel with equivalent properties. Rules and 10 and 15 technical requirements, inspection methods or inspection rules for carburizing, quenching and tempering of carbon steel balls made of high-quality carbon structural steel or carbon steel with carbon content and mechanical properties close to it. This standard applies to the heat treatment quality inspection of the above-mentioned steel bearing parts. For bearing parts with special requirements and carbon steel balls for other purposes, the provisions of the product drawings should be followed.
