Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage of refrigeration compressors for automotive air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as "compressors"). This standard is applicable to various types of refrigeration compressors for automotive air conditioners using R134a as the refrigerant. Other vehicles or compressors using other environmentally friendly refrigerants can be implemented as a reference.
