- This standard specifies the term definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electromagnetic counters. This standard applies to electromagnetic counters (hereinafter referred to as counters) used in circuits with AC voltage (frequency 5OHZ, 60Hz or 5OHZ/6OHZ) and DC voltage below 220V.
