- This standard specifies the term definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electromagnetic counters. This standard applies to electromagnetic counters (hereinafter referred to as counters) used in circuits with AC voltage (50Hz, 60Hz or 50/60Hz) and DC voltage below 220V.
