- 1 Scope This part specifies the pure tone reference equivalent threshold sound pressure levels (RETSPLs) in the frequency range from 125 Hz to 8 000 Hz, which is suitable for air conduction audiometry equipped with a special type of earmuff (SENNHEISER HDA 200) Calibration of the equipment Note: Instructions and test conditions for deriving the reference equivalent threshold sound pressure level for the HDA 200 type of around-the-ear headphones are given in Appendix A and in the references. Appendix B gives the sound attenuation of such around-the-ear headphones . Appendix C gives the free-field equivalent output correction values for the earphones of the AE and BE speech audiometers (see GB/T 7341.2).
