Scope

This standard specifies the test items, test equipment, test requirements, measurement parameters, and test methods for the positioning performance (traction thermal part) test of diesel locomotives. This standard applies to electric-driven diesel locomotives (hereinafter referred to as locomotives) powered by diesel engines with a standard gauge of 1435mm for railways. Diesel locomotives of other gauges, hydraulic transmission diesel locomotives, and industrial and mining diesel locomotives can be used as a reference.
