Scope

This standard specifies the performance test methods for diesel engine speed regulators and auxiliary generator voltage regulators on diesel locomotives to cooperate with the normal operation of the unit. This standard is applicable to the working performance test of diesel engine speed regulators and voltage regulators used on electric transmission and hydraulic transmission diesel locomotives.
