- This standard specifies the determination of the scope of technical work for environmental protection acceptance of completed papermaking industry construction projects and the principles for selection of implementation standards; key points of engineering and pollution control and emission analysis; acceptance monitoring layout, sampling, analysis methods, quality control and quality assurance, and monitoring results Technical requirements for evaluation; main content of acceptance survey and technical requirements for preparation of plans and reports. This standard is applicable to the completed environmental protection acceptance of construction projects such as new construction, reconstruction and expansion, and technological transformation of pulping, papermaking and pulping and papermaking joint enterprises in the papermaking industry (excluding the construction of forest bases integrating forestry and paper).
