Scope
This standard specifies the determination of the scope of environmental protection acceptance technology work for completed ethylene engineering construction projects and the principles for selection of implementation standards; key points of engineering and pollution control and emission analysis; acceptance monitoring layout, sampling, analysis methods, quality control and quality assurance, and monitoring results Evaluation technical requirements; main contents of acceptance inspection and investigation, acceptance plan, report preparation technology, etc. This standard is applicable to the environmental protection acceptance of completed ethylene project construction, reconstruction, expansion and technical transformation projects. Environmental impact assessment, preliminary design (environmental protection), and daily environmental protection management monitoring after the completion of the construction project can refer to this standard.
