Scope: This standard specifies the characteristics and test methods of high voltage fuses (hereinafter referred to as "fuses") connected to power circuits or auxiliary circuits. The voltage of these circuits is the standard overhead line voltage of 600 V to 3 000 V DC according to IEC 60850:2007. These fuses can also be used in AC auxiliary circuits.
