Scope

This standard applies to fuses that include packaged current-limiting fuse links intended for protection of commercial frequency AC circuits with a rated breaking capacity of 6 kA or more and a nominal voltage of 1000 V or less, or for protection of DC circuits with a nominal voltage of 1500 V or less.
