Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models and markings of copper-aluminum composite column wing-shaped radiators (hereinafter referred to as radiators) which are formed by expansion joints of copper pipe columns and aluminum wing tubes, and then welded together with upper and lower copper pipe headers. , requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. This standard applies to radiators using hot water as the heating medium in industrial and civil buildings. The working pressure of the radiator is 1.0MPa; the temperature of the heating medium is not higher than 95°C; the pH of the heating medium water is pH=7~12, and the chloride ions (CL) and sulfate (SO) are not more than 100mg/L respectively. Other indicators should be based on the water supply of the heating system and comply with the provisions of the GB 1576 and HG/T 3729 standards on the water supply of the heating system.
