Scope
This standard specifies the measurement and assessment criteria for the radial vibration of the rotor shafts of hydroelectric power plants and pumping stations. This standard is applicable to the measurement and evaluation of the vibration of the bearing or the shaft near the bearing under the normal working conditions of the hydraulic power plant and the pumping station unit. This standard measures and evaluates the radial vibration of rotating machinery shafts from two aspects. One is the vibration value of steady-state operation, and the other is the amplitude change that may occur during steady-state operation. The specified values are not the only ones for vibration evaluation. The basis, because the evaluation of the vibration state of the machine usually takes into account two aspects of the vibration of the shaft and the vibration of the bearing seat (see GB/T ll348.1). This standard applies to hydroelectric power plants and pumping station units with a rated speed of 60 to 1 800 r/min, bearing bushes of cylindrical or segmented bearings, and main engine power greater than or equal to 1 MW. The position of the axis can be vertical, horizontal, or at any angle to either direction. The unit applicable to this standard has the following combinations: a) water turbine and water turbine generator; b) pump and motor running as a motor; C) water pump-water turbine and motor-generator; including auxiliary equipment (such as starting the water turbine or exciter). This standard also applies to turbines or pumps connected to generators or electric motors through gear or radial elastic couplings. However, motors whose speed is between 1 000 and 1 800 r/rain are evaluated according to the standards stipulated in GB/T ll348.3. This standard does not apply to the following machines: a) pumps on thermal power plants or industrial equipment (see GB/T ll348.3); b) hydraulic machines with water-lubricated bearings; c) hydraulic machines with rolling bearings. The purpose of determining the shaft vibration of hydropower plants and pumping stations is consistent with GB/T ll348.1, namely: a) task A: changes in vibration characteristics; b) task 8: excessive dynamic load; C) task C: diameter Monitoring of gaps.
