Scope

This standard specifies the basic type and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging requirements of double-arc gear hobs. This standard applies to the normal modulus 1.5 mm ~ 10 mm integral double-arc gear hob. Hobs manufactured according to this standard are used to process double arc cylindrical gears whose basic tooth profile complies with GB/T l2759.
