Scope: This Regulation specifies the principles, methods and requirements for the protection of occupational hazards used in man-made mineral fiber insulation cotton (hereinafter referred to as "insulation cotton"). This regulation applies to all employers and workers who use artificial mineral fiber thermal insulation cotton in the workplace (including manufacturing, transportation, storage, use, maintenance, dismantling, recycling, disposal, etc.).
