Scope

This standard specifies the physical properties, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for polypropylene baling ropes and steel wires used in square bale picking and baling machines. This standard applies to polypropylene baling ropes and steel wires (hereinafter referred to as baling ropes and steel wires) used in square bale picking and baling machines.
