Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of digital methane detection alarm miner's lamps (hereinafter referred to as alarm miner's lamps). This standard applies to mining lamps that use the carrier catalysis principle and have digital display of methane concentration and audible and visual alarm functions when the limit is exceeded, used in explosive gas environments underground in coal mines.
