Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, inspection requirements, inspection content, inspection methods, and inspection rules for belt brake hoisting winches (hereinafter referred to as "winches") for coal mines with a single drum diameter of (0.5-0.8) m. The explosion-proof type in this standard is suitable for mobile or auxiliary winches designed for lifting materials underground in coal mines with coal dust or explosive gases. The non-explosion-proof type is suitable for mobile or auxiliary winches on the surface of coal mines specially designed for lifting materials. A winch for lifting materials (including waste rock mountains and lifting on overpasses, etc.). This standard does not apply to winches for transporting people.
