Scope

This standard applies to automatic pollution source monitoring information exchange activities between environmental protection departments at all levels. This standard describes the exchange process and exchange model between the national and provincial levels, and is applicable to automatic pollution source monitoring information exchange activities between the national and provincial levels: the exchange of automatic pollution source monitoring information at the provincial level can be implemented as a reference.
