Scope

This standard specifies the functional requirements for the general management part of the 2GHz digital cellular mobile communication network (hereinafter referred to as 3G) network management interface that has nothing to do with network technology. This standard applies to the network management of WCDMA, cdma2000 and TD-SCDMA technologies in 2GHz digital cellular mobile communication networks.
