- This standard specifies the basic principles and definition methods for the formulation of a series of standards for 2GHz digital cellular mobile communication networks (hereinafter referred to as 3G) network management. It also stipulates the location of the 3G network management interface and the communication protocol used. This standard applies to the network management of WCDMA, cdma2000 and TD-SCDMA technologies in 2GHz digital cellular mobile communication networks.
