Scope

This standard stipulates the code of conduct for safe and civilized construction workers participating in the construction of hydropower and water conservancy projects. This standard applies to the safety technical management, safety protection and safe and civilized construction of workers at construction sites of large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. Small hydropower and water conservancy projects can be implemented as a reference.
