Scope
This standard specifies the silica, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, potassium oxide, titanium dioxide, sulfur trioxide, manganese dioxide, and phosphorus pentoxide in coal (coke) ash Content determination method. This standard applies to coal (coke) ash, including coal ash fired in laboratories and combustion products of power station boilers (including fly ash and slag). This standard covers different analysis methods for the same chemical composition of coal (coke) ash. The classification according to the weight of the sample includes the constant method and the semi-micro method. The constant method includes gravimetric method, volumetric method (titration method) according to the classification of the analysis method. ) analytical methods (acid-base titration analysis, complex titration analysis, precipitation titration analysis), semi-micro methods include spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic emission spectrometry according to the classification of analysis methods. The atomic absorption spectrophotometry specified in this standard is suitable for the rapid determination of potassium, sodium, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, aluminum, titanium and silicon in coal (coke) ash.
