- Scope
- This part specifies the measurement method and assessment criteria for the radial vibration of the shaft of the steam turbine and generator located at or close to the bearing, including: - vibration under normal steady-state operating conditions; - transient vibration, including speed up or down speed through the resonance speed; ——vibration changes that occur under normal steady-state operating conditions. Generally speaking, the vibration status of steam turbines and generators should be evaluated from two aspects: shaft vibration and bearing seat vibration. This part applies to steam turbines and generators with rated speeds of 1500 r/min, 1800 r/min, 3000 r/min, 3600 r/min and power greater than 50MW installed on land, including steam turbines and generators directly connected to gas turbines ( such as combined cycle applications), in which case the guidelines in this section can only be used for steam turbines and generators. The vibration of the gas turbine should be evaluated according to GB/T 1348.4 and GB/T 6075.4.
